Induction Dance is currently looking for dancers for our 2023 Season.
Requirements for male and female dancers:
- Must have a minimum of 10 years classical ballet training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have at least 2 years stage experience.
- Female dancers must have pointe experience.
- Male dancers must have experience partnering.
- Experience in other forms of dance a plus.
- Experience/abilities in other performing art forms also a plus.

Mission Statement
Induction Dance is a nonprofit corporation, whose mission is to create a world class contemporary ballet company in Southern California. Through live performances and other media outlets, we will bring dance to a whole new audience. We will provide innovative and exciting professional quality productions that entertain, educate, and inspire.
Vision Statement
The vision of Induction Dance is to be internationally recognized as an innovative and accessible artistic force, exposing all audiences to contemporary ballet. We strive to create entertaining productions that push the boundaries of athleticism and artistic quality in dance and to push the boundaries and quality of all artists we work with.
